Higgins, Anne

About the author: Anne Higgins was born in West Chester, Pennsylvania. She is a member of the Daughters of Charity. She has a BA in English from Saint Joseph College, Emmitsburg, Maryland, an MLA from The Johns Hopkins University, and a Graduate Certificate in Spiritual Direction from the Washington Theological Union. She lives in Baltimore and teaches at Howard Community College and at the Weekend College of the College of Notre Dame of Maryland. About the illustrator: Maureen Beitman was born in Baltimore, Maryland. She is a member of the Daughters of Charity. She has studied at the Maryland Institute College of Art. She lives in Baltimore and works at Frederick Ozanam House, outreach for persons who are homeless.
