Dr. Anthony M. Barrett is a learning consultant. He earned his Ph.D. in Education, with an emphasis in Adult and Organizational Learning, from the University of Idaho; his M.A. in Cross-Cultural Studies from Fuller Theological Seminary; and his A.B. in Anthropology from San Diego State University.
