Barbara Dalle Pezze holds a Ph.D. in Philosophy from The University of Hong Kong. After teaching at The Chinese University of Hong Kong, she is now working as head of the Cultural Studies Department at “Fondazione G. Toniolo” (Italy).

The experience of Gelassenheit, as developed and introduced by Heidegger, points to and sheds light upon the dimension out of which Eckhart speaks of the true relation between man and god.
