Harris, Errol E.
Dr. Errol E. Harris is John Evans Professor of Philosophy Emeritus at Northwestern University, and is a former President of the Metaphysical Society of America and the Hegel Society of America. He received his D.Litt. from the University of the Witwatersrand. He is the author of some 25 books, including The Foundations of Metaphysics in Science (1965), Hypothesis and Perception: The Roots of Scientific Method (1970) and, most recently, Reflections on the Problem of Consciousness (2006).
