Levitt, H. N.
H. N. Levitt is a retired professor of drama and theatre history at Hunter College in Manhattan. Before that, he was assistant editor of The American Poet. He also writes plays and has had four full-scale Off-Broadway productions. One Foot to the Sea received the Best Play of the Year award from Off-Broadway magazine. He’s the co-founder of The Poetry Society of Woodstock. His poems have appeared in various magazines, including Art Times.
