Sells, Halloway C.

Dr. Halloway C. Sells is the former director of Historically Black Colleges and Universities Initiative, and full professor at Union Institute and University, and former adjunct faculty at University of Cincinnati. He has co-authored several book chapters. He has served in higher education in several administrative capacities.
