Ibegbu, Jude

About the author: Rev. Dr. Jude Ibegbu is a Catholic Priest of the Diocese of Orlu in Nigeria. He holds a doctorate degree in Moral Theology from the Instituto de Teologia Morale, a doctorate degree in canon law and in civil law from the Pontificia Universita Lateranense. He specialized in international law, Human Rights in international law and in the social teaching of the Church. Since 1996, he is engaged in holding seminars at the Lateran Pontifical University in Rome.
