About the author: Kate Behr is an Assistant Professor of English at Concordia College, NY. She has also taught at Iona College, NY, and both Exeter and Oxford Universities, England. She read English and Drama at Royal Holloway College, University of London, and gained her doctorate from the University of Oxford.
