Rich, Katherine E.

Katherine E. Rich obtained her bachelor of arts degree in criminal justice from St. Edward’s University in May 2003. During the 2002-2003 academic year, she was the recipient of several awards and honors, including the Randall Vetter Memorial Scholarship, Outstanding Graduating Senior in Criminal Justice, and Outstanding Senior Thesis. Also during that time, she served as the research assistant to the Director of the Criminal Justice Program, David M. Horton, Ph.D. She will be attending the Bush School of Government and Public Service at Texas A & M University beginning in the fall of 2004, working towards a master’s degree in Public Service and Administration.
