Comitas, Lambros

Lambros Comitas earned his Ph.D. in anthropology from Columbia University in 1962 after serving in the U.S. Army. He was appointed full professor in 1967 and served as Gardner Cowles Professor of Anthropology and Education at Teachers College, Columbia University for 32 years.
