Holmes, Larry E.
Dr. Holmes is Professor Emeritus of History at the University of South Alabama. He received his Ph.D. with a major in Imperial Russia and the U.S.S.R and minors in Medieval Russia, Twentieth-Century America, the History of Science, and Great Britain Since 1714.
