The Revd Canon Professor Leslie J. Francis is Professor of Religions and Education in the Warwick Religions and Education Research Unit, University of Warwick, England. He is Visiting Professor in Practical Theology, York St John University, England, and Canon Theologian at Bangor Cathedral, Wales. Professor Francis is President of the Rural Theology Association, Vice-President of the International Society for Empirical Research in Theology, and Vice-President of the International Seminar on Religious Education and Values.
