Marcus, Marvin Howard

Dr. Marvin Howard Marcus is a Professor of Japanese Language and Literature at Washington University in St. Louis. He earned his Ph.D. in Japanese Literature from the University of Michigan. Prof. Marcus’ area of specialization is modern Japanese literature of the prewar (Kindai) period.
