Coles, Norman A.

Norman Coles was educated at St. Benedicts School, Ealing, and at Balliol College, Oxford. He has a degree in Philosophy, Politics and Economics. He has taught at Trinity College, Dublin, The Open University, North London Polytechnic (now University), SUNY, and at Cornell University, where he was a Visiting Fellow (Sage School of Philosophy. In addition to his work in philosophy he has interest in US political history and in Dublin social history.
