About the poet: Pond Fire is the third collection of poems by Page Coulter. Her previous publications were The Cowbridge at Dawn, and New England Weather, both published by Mellen Poetry Press. For many years, Page Coulter taught poetry in both public and private schools in Connecticut. Her poetry has appeared in such publications as Kansas Quarterly, Minnesota Review, and Comstock Review.
