Peter Barnes is a Presbyterian minister at Revesby, Sydney, and lecturer in Church History at the Presbyterian Theological Centre in Burwood, Sydney.

It proved to be the prelude to the acceptance of extreme liberalism in the person of Rev. Professor Samuel Angus who avoided heresy charges in the 1930s. This book contains eleven black and white photographs.
