About the author: Richard Kyle is Professor of History and Religion at Tabor College in Hillsboro, Kansas. He holds five degrees including a doctorate from the University of New Mexico. He has previously published five books and numerous articles on religious history and has served as a Fulbright Scholar at the National University of Kiev-Mohyla Academy.
