Mullner, Ross
About the authors: Ross M. Mullner is Associate Professor of Health Policy and Administration at the School of Public Health, University of Illinois at Chicago. He received his PhD from the University of Illinois. Formerly, he was Director of Research of the Hospital Research and Educational Trust of the American Hospital Association. Dr. Mullner has written extensively on various aspects of health services research including hospital financial management, hospital closure, health data sources, and the outcomes of medical care. He recently complete Deadly Glow: The Radium Dial Worker Tragedy (American Public Health Association)
Dr. Mark A. Jewell is founder and president of the health care consulting firm of Epi-Q, Inc., located in Oakbrook Terrace, Illinois. Dr. Jewel received a doctorate from Walden University in Minneapolis, Minnesota. He is the author of numerous publications on infectious disease, epidemiology and clinical applications of quality improvement.
