Park, Sung Jin
Dr. Sung Jin Park is Assistant Professor of Biblical Studies and Dean of Asian Studies at Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. He received his Ph.D. from Hebrew Union College, Jewish Institute of Religion.
2017 1-4955-0568-5Scholars have long recognized the significance of of typology for the classification of biblical poetry and the development of measurable typological indicators. Yet thus far no one has systematically classified biblical poetry.
The aim of this monograph is to demonstrate the chronological development of the metrical features of Biblical Hebrew poetry in the light of colometric and metrical analyses.
