Dr. T. R. (Rick) Fenton received his Ph.D. in Bio-Engineering from Strathclyde University in Scotland, and has taught at McGill University in Montreal and the University of Manitoba in Winnipeg, Canada. Dr. Fenton is a Professional Engineer and Certified Clinical Engineer responsible for the formation of Asymptote, Inc. and Scensor, Inc. in the private sector.
