Harris, Sr., William M.

Dr. Harris is a Martin Luther King, Jr. Visiting Professor Emeritus of Urban Studies and Planning at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He is also an Adjunct Professor of Political Science at Augusta State University. He received his Ph.D. in Urban Planning (Community Development) from the University of Washington.
