William Sun is Visiting Professor of Management at Harbin Engineering University and Leader of Corporate Governance and Sustainability Research Group (CGSRG) at Leeds Metropolitan University. He received his Ph.D. in Law from Leeds Metropolitan University.
2009 0-7734-3863-7This book demonstrates that the widely recognized failure of corporate governance in the late twentieth century and early twenty-first century parallels the severe limitations of mainstream theoretical models of corporate governance, which commonly hold an entitative view of the corporate reality. In doing so, little attention has been paid to the underlying philosophical premises and the long-unresolved difficulties of substantialism and representationalism behind the dominant modes of analyses.
