This is a collection of essays in Welsh on the history of Puritanism in 17th century Wales. The contributors examine the pioneering work of John Penry; the Established Church and Puritan development; Welsh Puritan emigrants and their activity in America; the careers of early Puritan leaders - William Erbery, Morgan Llwyd, Walter Cradock, Richard Jones, and Stephen Hughes.
